Differential expression analysis was carried out on a panel of clonal engineered iPSC lines relative to the parental iPSC line. Genotypes included homozygous B2M KO, homozygous KO of the miRNA scaffold, and homozygous GEiGS solutions, in order to identify loss or gain of function off-target effects resulting from miRNA engineering.
